Yes you can. Send us an email with your name and which pack you would like to upgrade to and we will organise for you to be able to purchase the larger pack at the discount price.

DREAM IT is a great starter pack to explore your options and see if the design is for you. The BUILD IT option is for when you are ready to get started on your selected plan and customise the design to suit your specific site.
INTERIOR DESIGN package is for those who select the Build it option and want to select a specific interior style for their home, as well as for renovators, people with home designs, or someone wanting to update their home. Choose the style of interior design that you are wanting to create for your home.

What does copyright protect mean?
The Australian Government Copyright Council states house plans are protected under copyright law contained in the Copyright Act 1968.
This means someone who is not the copyright owner of a house plan must seek permission to use the copyrighted material in any way.
If copyright infringement occurs then the copyright owner may take legal action to stop further infringement and seek compensation.
Even if you want to copy a small part of our plans you will still be required to purchase the BUILD IT pack. According to the Australian Government Copyright Council, ‘There is no general amount or percentage that you can use before you have a copyright issue. If you reproduce any important or distinctive elements of another person’s plan, you will not avoid infringement by making additions or changes.
These elements may include features such as the internal arrangement of rooms, windows, and doors; the indication of spaces; the design of the roof; and the dimensions of the building. In some circumstances, copying the perspective or the balancing features may even infringe copyright
Does the Build it Pack contain permission to build the exact plan?
The BUILD IT design pack is the only pack that contains permission to copy any part of the designs we offer on our website.
When you purchase the BUILD IT pack you receive a copyright agreement letter that permits you to use our design on your specified site as is, or you may amend it as much as you wish according to your unique requirements, site and climate.
We encourage you to make the design your own, whilst still benefiting from our architectural design experience.
Can you on-sell or transfer the plans?
No.
The BUILD IT pack is the only pack that contains copyright approval which is attached to your individual build site.
Without written consent, plans cannot be on-sold or transferred to any person or entity.
If for some reason your build site changes the copyright approval documentation can be amended. Please contact us in order to make a change or any additional questions.
